Meals are shipped fresh in a thick recyclable insulated cooler with lots of ice packs and have been tested to stay cold for 36 hours. Healthy Chef Creations® will not be held responsible for any negligence on the part of FedEx or acts of nature.  Healthy Chef Creations assumes no liability for incorrect information provided by the customer. Delivery dates are subject to change due to holidays.

Recycling Program:  After 10 deliveries we will send FedEx to pick up your recycled coolers & ice packs.  Please contact us for details.  Some restrictions may apply.

Full Service Home Delivery

Your delivery driver will deliver fresh meals on Fridays between the hours of 9am and 7pm. Delivery fees apply according to your zip code. If you are home, your delivery driver will bring your meals in and place them in your refrigerator or arrange them on the counter for you. If you are not home, your meals will be delivered in a cooler bag with lots of ice packs and left by your front door. Your meals will stay ice cold for 10 plus hours.

Please note delivery instructions, if any, when filling out your profile (i.e. "place meals in cooler located in garage," "a key will be left under pot beside garage door," etc.) Please remember to place our cooler bag and ice packs outside your front door for pickup on your next delivery day. It is customary to tip your delivery driver; they work hard and look forward to gratuities. If you need to change a scheduled delivery day, you must notify customer service 4 days prior to your delivery day (this does not include cancelation of the order).  Healthy Chef Creations® assumes no liability for loss of meals once they are delivered or for incorrect information provided by the customer.

Meal Pick-up at Healthy Chef's ™ Kitchen

Pick-up of meals is available Fridays 9am - 6pm, Mondays 12pm - 6pm or Tuesday 9 am – 6 pm from our facility at 1435 Howell Branch Road in Winter Park, Florida 32789. If you are unable to pick up your meals at our kitchen at the scheduled time it is your responsibility to notify customer service by Monday at noon to reschedule a pick-up time.

The Healthy Chef™ will freeze all meals that have not been picked up by Wednesday at 3pm unless other arrangements have been made. If you do not pick your meals up by the agreed upon rescheduled date, The Healthy Chef™ will donate them to a local food shelter.
