OUR GUARANTEE
All food is prepared in a certified, licensed, sanitary, professional kitchen. We prepare your meals fresh and deliver/ship them to your home in airtight, sealed, microwave/oven-safe containers. Cooked meals are guaranteed to have a shelf life of 9 days from the date of production or Best By Date on the product. Meals must be refrigerated at 33 - 36 degrees. If within the 9 day guaranteed shelf life you think that any product is not fresh please freeze it and return it to Healthy Chef Creations®. You will then receive a replacement meal similar to the one returned, or a credit will be issued to your HCC account.
All orders are due on Thursday, 8 days prior to the following Friday delivery. Any changes, holds, or cancellations to your orders are due in writing, by email, by Thursday 3 PM EST, 8 days prior to the following Friday's delivery.
COMPLETING A PROFILE FOR MULTIPLE PEOPLE: You may order food for your entire household under your profile. However, to customize preferences for individual people in the same household, separate from the main profile preferences, you will need to email those preferences to info@healthychefcreations.com.
To order food for someone in a different household: You must create a completely separate profile for that individual (even if you are paying). Otherwise, their order will be sent to your address.
NEW WEIGHT LOSS OR PACKAGE PLAN CLIENTS: Your new plan must be submitted and paid in full by Thursday at 3PM EST for the following Friday's delivery date.
CUSTOM WHOLE FAMILY ALA CARTE CLIENTS: Your orders must be submitted by Thursday at midnight EST for the following Friday food delivery date.

When you enter your profile please be sure to check your information carefully. If you provide incorrect information and Healthy Chef Creations is unable to deliver, or delivers to the wrong address, you are responsible for food payment and other invoiced charges. Also, after you place your order, carefully check all information on your invoice and notify customer service if there is an error.

It is your responsibility to secure your pets. If a driver is unable to make your delivery because she or he is unable to get out of the delivery vehicle, we cannot deliver. If delivery is impossible due to a pet issue you are responsible for picking up your meals at The Healthy Chef Creations facility. If you prefer that the driver return a second time, we will add an additional delivery fee to your invoice.

If you live in a gated community you are responsible for giving Healthy Chef Creations your gate code. If your community has a guard station you are responsible for making sure that The Healthy Chef Creations driver is given access to your address. If the delivery driver is turned away you are responsible for picking up your meals at The Healthy Chef Creations facility. If you prefer that the driver return a second time, we will add an adjusted delivery fee to your invoice.
If you want to change your order, for any reason, you have until Thursday 3 PM EST for the following Friday's meal delivery date; without penalty. Any changes must be emailed to info@healthychefcreations.com.
If you cancel an order for the following week's scheduled delivery prior to the Thursday 3 PM deadline you will face no penalty. If you cancel after the Thursday deadline has passed, up until Sunday, you will incur a penalty of 50% of your order total and we will credit the remaining 50% of your payment to your Healthy Chef account. If you want a refund on your credit card, a 6.5% merchant fee will be applied. Any Cancellations received after Sunday, up until the Friday delivery day, will receive no refund or credit.
Other Options: You may request that we freeze your meals and send them out at a later date, or deliver your meals to another address.
All changes must be in writing: info@healthychefcreations.com, no exceptions!
Refunds will be issued as credit to your Healthy Chef account for any of our services. Any refunds issued by check or credit card will be assesed a 6.5% merchant fee.
CREDITS
Credits issued must be used within one year of issue date.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates can be redeemed for any of our services. All gift certificates not redeemed within one year of purchase will be subject to an administration fee of 10% deducted annually. Gift certificates are not refundable for cash.
Healthy Chef Creations® recognizes that the following foods may cause severe allergic reactions in some people. Your safety is important to us and we carefully check ingredients in all dishes for the following allergens and post alerts next to each entrée. However, traces of wheat, dairy, soy and nuts can be found in food from our distributors. It is your responsibility to make sure you have marked your preferences clearly and checked for any food items that may cause and allergic reactions. If you have a life-threatening allergy please refrain from ordering from Healthy Chef Creations. Our facility is not certified to be free from gluten, dairy, soy, shellfish, nut, or tree nut.
When completing your customer profile you are responsible for entering the correct address including street number, apartment number, building number, and zip code. Please ensure that the name of the person to whom the food is to be delivered is spelled correctly. If you provide an incorrect address and we deliver the food to that addresses you must pay all charges. Please leave delivery instructions, if any, when filling out your profile (i.e. "place meals in cooler located in garage," "a key will be left under pot beside garage door," etc.).
Full Service Home Delivery
Your driver will deliver fresh meals on Fridays or Mondays between the hours of 9am and 7pm. Delivery fees are calculated based on your zip code. If you are not home your meals will be delivered in a cooler bag with lots of ice packs and left by your front door. Your meals will stay ice cold for 10 hours in the hot sun.
Local Deliveries within Orlando area: Please leave delivery instructions, if any, when filling out your profile (i.e. "place meals in cooler located in garage," "a key will be left under pot beside garage door," etc.). Please remember to place our cooler bag and ice packs outside your front door for pickup on your next delivery day. It is customary to tip your delivery driver as they work hard and look forward to gratuities. Healthy Chef Creations® assumes no liability for loss of meals once they are delivered, or for incorrect address information provided by customer.
MEAL PICK UP AT THE HEATHY CHEF KITCHEN
Local customers may pick up their meals between the hours of 9 am - 5pm on Fridays and Mondays. Our kitchen is located at 1435 Howell Branch Road in Winter Park, Florida 32789. If you are unable to pick up your meals during the scheduled times it is your responsibility to notify customer service and reschedule a pick-up time (phone: 407-339-2433). The Healthy Chef will freeze all meals that have not been picked up by Wednesday at 3pm unless other arrangements have been made. If you do not pick your meals up by the rescheduled date, The Healthy Chef will donate them to a local food shelter.
FED EX OVERNIGHT DELIVERY
You will receive your cold fresh meals by 8 p.m. on Friday via FedEx Overnight service. Going out of town? Call us to arrange an alternate shipment!
Meals are shipped in a recyclable insulated cooler with ice packs and have been tested to stay cold for 36 hours. Please note that FedEx will leave your package if you are not home based on the address provided. Healthy Chef Creations® will not be held responsible for any negligence due to FedEx due to their negligence and/or acts of nature. We promise to work on your behalf regarding all FedEx claims to due to damaged meals, undelivered packages, acts of nature, or any negligence on the part of FedEx. Healthy Chef Creations® assumes no liability for incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
