We’ve designed this program to reduce the barriers for you. So here you’ll find there are no special books to read, no special food ingredients to find, no new preparation or cooking techniques to learn. No need to stand over a hot stove – we’ve done all the work for you!

The first step is to pick out the right meal package and fill out your personal profile online. Click here to place order. The type of information we collect includes your personal information and special dietary considerations.

That's it! You will receive your fresh meals overnight on Fridays for the date that you specified. Meals are guaranteed to stay fresh all week until your next fresh delivery of meals arrives. Any changes, holds, or cancellations to your orders are due by Thursday for the following week’s Friday delivery.

Just Heat and Eat. When your fresh meals arrive you just need to heat and eat our scrumptious food according to our easy-to-read instructions. For your convenience the containers are microwavable and oven safe.

Set A Great Routine for You!

  • 6 AM - Wake up and drink 16 oz of water
  • 6:15-6:45 AM - Start your day with a minimum of 30 minutes of cardio - exercise three times a week.
  • 7 AM - Healthy Chef Creations Breakfast
  • 10 AM - Mid Morning Snack

  • 3 PM - Afternoon Healthy Snack

Drink Plenty of Water

Drinking a half liter of water actually increases the neuron transmitters that signal for fat release from fat cells. The general rule (not including counting water loss caused by exercise) is 64 oz per day of water. A way to measure hydration is that you should drink enough water to keep your urine colorless.

Eat Portion-controlled Meals

First start your day off right. Breakfast is often viewed as inconvenient, yet eating breakfast is a behavior that defines subjects with long term success in controlling or losing weight. The ideal breakfast would include both complex carbohydrates and protein as the body has been without food for 10 - 14 hours in many cases. Sleep, during which you are fasting, liberates stored fat to provide energy overnight. But it also robs muscles of amino acids. Thus, it is vital to replenish the amino acids lost. As an example of this, our Quinoa Spiced Apple-n-Raisin cereal is not only high in good fiber but provides all 8 essential amino acids. Expecting moms should increase their caloric intake by a minimum of 300 calories per day.

Healthy Chef’s portion-controlled breakfasts average 350 calories and include a complex carbohydrate and a protein. The remaining 4 meals need to follow every 2 to 3 hours. So, by the end of the day your body will have consumed 5 nutritious high energy meals, totaling approximately 1800 nutrient dense calories.

One of the biggest benefits of our program is having the portioned meals accessible and ready to heat during the course of the day. This also contributes to the programs success because you are not skipping meals or eating out on impulse. It is very important that your body knows where and when it will be getting it's next meal.
