Our daily menus are designed to provide a wide diversity of flavors and food sources, including seasonally fresh, high-quality organic produce and meats hand-selected by Chef Procacci. Meals may include a lean protein, a complex carbohydrate and a vegetable or fruit and usually a tincture of flavorful healthy fat.

Healthy Fats? The difference here is that we use "good fats" such as first-pressed olive oil, canola, flax and safflower oils. Earth Balance butter, that is also used, is a trans-fat free, high in omega 3 & 6 fatty acids, alternative to butter. With Healthy Chef Weight loss Portion controlled meals, 30% of the calories come from good fats, promoting weight loss through increased fat-calorie burning. Combined with our fresh organic produce and lean free-range poultry (containing 30% less fat than your conventional poultry), organic grass fed lean beef and wild caught seafood, these fats imbue our spa meals with an unparalleled tastiness; this concept may be new to those of you that have tried other diet methods.

Breakfast Items

Organic Tropical Oatmeal
Like nothing you have experienced before! A mix of tropical fruits nestled in whole grain goodness and lightly sweetened with soy milk and grade B pure maple syrup then dusted with cinnamon. A side of Grapefruit Segments or Lean Turkey Bacon. This satisfying Whole Grain known as "Oat Groats" is loaded with vitamins and minerals, including fiber, potassium, zinc, copper, thiamin, calcium and magnesium - all nutrients essential for good health. Oatmeal may also reduce the risk of heart disease. One study published in "The Journal of the American Medical Association", reveals high fiber diets protect against weight gain and lower insulin levels. The recommended daily amount of fiber is 25- 30 grams, and most of us only consume about half that amount.
